Rice! It’s the perfect side dish – nutritious, versatile, and pretty darn delicious. BUT sometimes it can be tricky to make. How much liquid do you use? How long do you cook it? To cover or not to cover? Since it can be difficult remembering which amounts and methods work best, I put together this cheat sheet and, of course, I wanted to share it with you. Enjoy!
